The walk across the Tromso bridge & to the cable car is pleasant & easy. The mountain is spectacular, with great views of Tromso. Certainly worth a visit. Full review by deborahl223

We (familie of 4) are coming to Tromso from 22-29/12. As it is the high season, is it necessary to pre book our tickets or is it always possible to buy tickets in the day when we are there? I would like to wait and see the weather before deciding when to go.
A:
Its ok to just go there so no need to book in advance. Might be a bit of a waiting-line depending on at what hour you go there due to the very very few minutes of dayllight in December!
