Stones were thrown at a Vande Bharat Express train early this morning, November 3, damaging a window pane while Bhim Army chief Chandra Shekhar Azad was on board, travelling from Delhi to Kanpur.
The event was being attended by Bhim Army chief Chandra Sekhar Azad and hundreds of supporters of Jai Bhim. The convention centre is usually reserved for university or government programmes.
