Melt the butter in a saucepan, set over low heat. Once melted, stir in the maple syrup and hot sauce. Serve drizzled over the cakes.

Butter 8 metal pudding ... comes out clean on the outside of the cake. Cool for 10 minutes and remove from bowl. Remove parchment. Bring the cream and syrup to a simmer and add the chocolate.
