You can almost hear the crack of the wooden bat again... Summertime baseball is back in Redding! The Colt 45s' season opener is on Friday night, May 24, featuring college players using wooden bats.

thanks to a generous donation from the Redding Colt 45's summer collegiate baseball team. Colt, an 18-month-old dog from the Czech Republic, brings the department's total number of K-9s to six.
