The City of Greensboro has a new pilot program that uses smart cameras on the recycling trucks. The cameras take pictures of each bin and locate any materials that should not be in the bin.

The award-winning smart rubbish bin, named Waste Collection Point ... said the students have overcome many challenges during the process that have led to change within themselves.
