The Federal Trade Commission said it is sending nearly $100 million in refunds to consumers impacted by junk fees and service cancellation hurdles imposed by internet phone service provider Vonage.

Vonage, the wholly owned subsidiary of Ericsson ERIC is deploying Vonage Communication APIs to enhance the customer support capabilities of LEAP, a Singapore-based communication solutions provider.
