I wouldn't say its a failure Model, but compared to other Mid Size SUV Segment, WRV doesn't fare well. It looks like forcefully Honda has gotten into SUV segment with same looks as Honda Jazz.

I believe your you can get the top model of WRV in that range where as in Creta you would miss out on couple of features. Honda would be good option with that budget. As far as average and city ...
