The tech support for my new computer says it must not be compatible with the version of Windows 10 that comes on new computers.

Oct 27, 2017 · Dreamweaver CS4 was installed on my iMac in November 2009. I don’t remember the serial number and the installation file. The computer was destroyed in October 2017 and I immediately bought a new iMac. I could save the folder, so I hope the server (189 Mo) will restart after downloading CS4. I did not find the way for downloading DreamWeaver CS4.
