Aug 27, 2007 · I have a 93 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham, i just changed out my blower motor for a new one but it does not turn on when i try to turn the a/c on. I pluged in the old one and it does the same thing. But i can hear the cooling fan on the engine turn on and checked the a/c cut off relay and it's working as well.
