The fans are running and I think they are running at their highest speed, but the percentage of the fan speed changes but not the speed which is so confusing because the fan speed suppose to change as well along with the percentage of the speed.

Jun 15, 2020 · Basically, Radeon Software fails to apply the correct fan speed and ignores the 18% minimum fan speed on all PC start-up states apart from a total cold boot. It has not been fixed in the recent driver update. Unacceptable.

Feb 27, 2020 · I haven't gotten any of the AMD black screen driver issues; however, I am having trouble controlling the fan curve. I've tried using MSI Afterburner and the adrenaline software. I set it to 40% fan speed until it hits 80 degrees and then have it kick up, the issue is it's not even hitting 80 degrees, yet its fans are ramping up anyways.
