Can you try to double check if AOL still installed on your computer. Go to My Computer-> Drive C-> Program Files-> AOL. Then, search for the AOL Desktop gold icon in the folder. Next, right click on it and select ‘create Desktop shortcut’ option from the submenu.

Customer: I have a problem with my aol account. The icons that pop up on various pages on my aol account (from the home page to the various windows that access my login and email account pages) have weird random icons showing up next to the title.
