Jan 7, 2009 · When a (digitally) signed written contract/written terms and verbal instructions from AT&T customer service conflict, the signed written contract/terms takes precedence. Hence, don't trust whatever customer service tells you (regardless of AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc). You should always research the terms on your own.

Sep 29, 2014 · Is it just or is AT&T customer service rude? I mean not completely there are a few nice ones but most of the time they are just plain rude and want to get rid of you right away. This is not the CS I remembered when I joined AT&T way back in early 2000.

Jan 18, 2005 · Go to a local AT&T store they can add it a family plan, or create one if you don't have a shared, or older family plan. But customer service (push the technical assistance option) should be able to add it if you read out the IMEI and SIM number to them under setting/general/about.
