The Administrative Council assists the President of Tennessee Technological University as follows: A. By proposing actions to be taken, or legislating when authorized, on matters which relate to the administration of the University.

The Administrative Council of the PCA embodies its global mission. Its 125 Members act together to provide general guidance and direction to the PCA’s work, and supervise, along with the Secretary-General, the administration, budget, and expenditure of the organization.

The Administrative Council is chaired by the president and is made up of key academic and administrative leaders who serve in an advisory capacity to President Fitts and the cabinet. The council provides a forum for the exchange of information among the university’s senior leadership on important institutional issues, policies and strategies.
