Jan 20, 2025 · The trigger does require a different position in most rod holders. I have 2 of the rods in the link and use them for spot on accurate casting paired with a 6500cl Big Game. I believe the trigger is a carryover from a Bass fishing type rod and the rod itself may be a Bass fishing rod rebadged as Catfish rod.

Fontana is deep and cold, excellent walleye fishing, good smallmouth, largemouth, white bass, trout, crappie, bream, yellow perch, and the occasional musky.
