4 days ago · OK - when I actually click on 'Read more' against 'ATEM Switchers 8.5.3 Update', I find that it is actually ATEM Software Control and ATEM Installer, but I have to scroll down, even to find that. If you keep telling users about the wonderful ATEM Software Control, at least use the same name in the Support Center.

The website support just lists a bunch of stuff that isn't ATEM software control and there is no search function. The welcome page only lists manuals.

4 days ago · What is prompting this is there no longer are Guides showing, which used to appear n the Preview screen in the old ATEM Software Control versions. Now we only have the green border around the preview window, with no guiddes. This is making it more difficult to train new operators on our standards for space above the speakers head.

5 days ago · Start ATEM Software Control - it comes up and connects to the ATEM Extreme within seconds. Re-enable TCP/IPv4 Internet Protocol. At this point the Software Control is up and connected to my ATEM Extreme, and I am able to use the Software Control GUI to switch cameras, etc, on the ATEM Extreme.

Just today, I can't remember why, but I had a Eureka moment before a livestream, when I remembered that Atem Switchers can connect through a gateway on local networks to sync up and work together. So I disabled my VPN. And Voila. Both the Software Control and Atem Setup launched with no issues.

Go to the Compatibility tab 5. Under settings, check "Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by:" and choose System from the drop-down 6. Click OK.
