Mar 18, 2018 · At Aulani specifically, the shops, sit-down restaurants, luau, and spa can all be used/booked by people not staying at the resort. They will also validate parking for the spa or restaurants. If you just want to walk around, there is a tiny parking lot on each side of Aulani that is free and open to anyone (but not for overnight).

Jan 16, 2017 · Aulani is fairly compact, so its easy to get to almost any part of the resort from any room. If given a choice, I prefer the villas in the Ewa Phase 3 Long Wing, which are villas xx70 - xx89. The villas facing the Waikolohe Valley offer shade in the morning and afternoon sun, as well as at least partial views of the sunset.

Jun 4, 2011 · Are you going for a resort vacation or to see the sites? Full disclosure- we are Marriott VC members, so we stay at the Marriott. We spend very little time at the resort because we want to experience the island, not the resort. If we were to stay at Aulani, we would still be on Oahu to experience the island and not the resort.

Aug 1, 2022 · I've only visited FS. iheartglaciers summed it up nicely. Aulani is my pick because of Aulani's strong theming, immersion, extensive pools, and character greets. I would generally stay at a 4-star Disney resort over any 5-star non-Disney resort because of the theming and immersion. I rarely use or need the amenities of a 5-star resort anyways.
