Much of the game is tied to 30fps and unofficial 60fps patches needed to accommodate for that. The Sony games that have been ported to PC were all developed using Sony's tech, where Bloodborne uses FromSoft's engine, so making the changes themselves would be considerably more work as they'd be developing on a codebase they're not familiar with.

Currently im playing the game with the ps cloud gaming service, and 95% i get a stable 1080p experience on my 1080p monitor. 30fps still sucks tho and i hope sony acknowledges this masterpiece of a title and we get a pc port and a remake.

Your only option to play without owning a PlayStation 4 or 5 is through streaming via psplus, which is missing the dlc. That's how I first played and ended up buying a cheap used PS4 because I liked Bloodborne that much. True PC port chances remain unsure. Sony exclusives aren't locked into that garden, and they port games semi regularly.

But not through Steam :( It's through PSNow which requires a monthly subscription. But you do get a 7-Day free trial to test it out for your liking, such as what I am doing :) And honestly, it's not that bad if you've got the internet to run it since it doesn't require specs.
