Apr 29, 2016 · I have the wheels but I’m going to wait to installed them this summer. Beforehand I got new tires on my current trail wheels and ordered the 40th TRD wheels with no hope of getting them since the part# wasn’t on the dealership database (perhaps b/c they are exclusive for the 40th 4Runner), but the guy was nice enough to order them anyways.

Oct 2, 2022 · To the OP, I have bronze RRW wheels on my white runner and they look really good, although it’s quite a dark bronze. That being said, I think bronze wheels give a bit of color without looking too flashy. As to your question, I think bronze TRD would look sharp although in my opinion, I prefer the originals over the 40th aniv. wheels.

Nov 11, 2024 · Agreed. Black vehicles with bronze wheels look very blingy. My Barcelona red SloRunner came with bronze wheels; part of the 40th Anniversary package. I think it really suits the vehicle well. Sure, it's a little blingy, but not that much. Whenever I cruise into my neighborhood all the guys give me that "Sup man, love your pimp ass truck!"

Dec 3, 2022 · 2" OME lift, Method 701 bronze wheels (8.5" with 0 offset), and 255/80R17 Toyo Open Country MT tires. I love the look. The 33.3" tires fill the wheel wells so much better (especially with the lift) than my 32" KM3's did.
