Baan Thip Chang is our fully-staffed 6-bedroom villa next to the Ping River in Chiang Mai.

The lounge overlooks the swimming pool and has some really comfortable sofas. The indoor dining area is next to the lounge, and the guest kitchen is next to the dining room. Staff have their own professional kitchen at the front of the villa.

Our villa has a huge Lanna style sala at the end of the swimming pool overlooking the Ping River.

Built on private land right next to the Ping river, our fully staffed villa can accommodate up to 14 guests and consists of four bedrooms in the main house, two poolside bedrooms, a large comfortable lounge, indoor and outdoor dining areas, guest kitchen, private gym, large swimming pool, kids pool, jacuzzi and a huge sala.

Our villa is configured to accommodate upto 12 guests, across 6 bedrooms, very comfortably. We've set the maximum guest capacity to 14, including any infants, as both our villa and our staff have their limits.

Our bedrooms are well appointed with luxury furniture, fixtures, and fittings. They all have air conditioning, comfortable sofas, refridgerator, safe box and en-suite bathroom.

Swimming Pool The pool is a huge 13m long by 6m wide with a depth of 1.0m - 1.8m.

The villa was very well built with nice setting, we can enjoy sunrise at the swimming pool, or river view from the terrace. All rooms were cozy and spacious and there are full service from driver, housekeeper, chef to messages.

This villa is beautiful and we could not have found a more enchanting place to spend our holidays. Kids and grown-ups had a wonderful time and we have felt very well looked after.
