You have not given us any background information (new head, dampers, ran out of ink etc), or if you can see ink on the capping station when doing the ink charge.

Jan 25, 2008 · Windex works pretty well if the ink hasn't dried for too long. What I do- spray on the Windex and dab off the excess ink. Cure the shirt being careful not to cure the smudged area. May 13, 2015 · A head clean will pull ink through the head. You may only be pulling one color or old ink into the bottle. I would recommend replacing the dampers with refillable cartridges for now.
