Dec 26, 2022 · I use the steam version, but I plugged the ps5 control into the pc with a usb, and made sure to disable ds4 windows and steam controller support, so that death stranding was taking control of the ps5 controller, and nothing else. But also, the haptics are only for the Death Stranding Directors Cut, not the OG version.

If you own the original Death Stranding on a physical PlayStation 4 disc, you can simply upgrade to the PS5-exclusive Director's Cut version for just $10.
