Small donut shop located in downtown Livermore. Donut Wheel looks to be at an older building resembling a neighborhood go to spot to enjoy your donut with a cup of coffee and read the papers. I noticed a few older folks just sitting by themselves doing such. There is a variety of donuts, but the variety isn't too great.
