For provinces Lithuania has a lot of grain and livestock which are not valuable goods. So in terms of income things are rough but you do get a lot of manpower. Priority for development are same culture same religion provinces in cheaper to develop terrain (farmlands and centers of trade).

Eventually didn't happen with Bohemia but got PU over Hungary sometime in 1500s and Poland soon after. I have my dynasty on GB throne too. I also allied Austria eventually.

I've always wanted to show the power of eu4 to my Lithuanian Russiaboo friend and honestly, most runs even before 1.27 have been pain. Do I go for Estonia ASAP after the truce? Do I restart until I get a horde ally, pray for a 2-star general or the 3-star general event and declare on Muscovy? Do I try to expand around muscovy?

May 5, 2019 · So I'm currently in the middle of a Lithuania -> to Ruthenia game with mods (not ironman) and have a few questions, but first: It is 1508, Muscovy is bankrupt, Poland is my PU through missions and I got a lucky PU on Bohemia early on (PU on Muscovy coming soon).

What this means is that if Poland get the union over lithuania you either can't get the CB or will have to weaken them first. Now the trick , and it involves some RNG but nothing too major is to PU Bohemia and therefore obtain the Restoration of union CB on Poland before Poland get the successor of Wladyslaw III event.
