This has been going on for the past 2+ weeks: my inbox shows the number of new messages. When I go there, it's always one less than the highlighted new ones. I've scrolled back many days/weeks even months, and can't find any unread messages. I've tried selecting for unread messages but, again, nothing new shows up.
