I have tried the basic troubleshooting that is often recommended (reset, unplug, turn off, turn on, yada, yada). Still the problem persists. From other forum posts I am not the only one experiencing this issue with this model of printer.

Aug 25, 2024 · HP Envy Pro 6455 connection issue. I had to get a new router; home WiFi network name and password stayed the same. Since the new router was hooked up, printer will not connect to wifi. I have been able to get the printer into a "setup" mode - the front light is purple and wifi light is blinking.
