May 24, 2021 · I have the Logitech G332 headset and the Realtek(R) Audio driver installed on device manager, but in my control panel under sound and recording, it says "Jack Mic" isn't plugged in even though my audio still works fine. I'm not sure why Realtek isn't detecting my mic.

The front panel has one headphone and one microphone jack, but the headset has only one plug for both the microphone that comes with it and the audio player itself. When I plug it into the mic jack, it plays no sound.

But every time i tried to use my mic the audio stops and mic works and same vice versa. I want to be able to speak and listen at the same time like we do on laptop. Please help. thanks

Dec 23, 2017 · All my drivers are up to date, the troubleshooter can't find the issue and I have my system notify me when an audio device is plugged in so I can choose headset. When I go to recording devices, the only mic settings there are the one for my laptop that's built in, even tho I have display disabled devices enabled. I can't figure out the problem.

May 23, 2019 · I checked if my microphone is working, plugging it into my controller which I can control the mic in the settings of the controller. And yes, the mic does indeed work. But I don't want to play with my controller all the time, so again, it would be great if my headset mic was actually detected.

May 27, 2021 · I even checked it because my laptop's internal mic is very bad and has limited volume. I did an audio test in which I recorded using Voice Recorder, using the input device that was Microphone Realtek (R) Audio. It was indeed my laptop's internal mic. My headset has a clearer mic and it's not like any of that cheap stuff you see in the stores.

Settings>Sound and changing the device as I have a webcam mic, which the audio on that works, yet the mic on the headphones does not. I want to use the microphone in gaming, but it isn't showing up anywhere and won't work when I try playing games and try talking to people.
