Aug 6, 2023 · I've been using the 1660ti super for about 2 years. Most games made before 2020, I can run high 100fps just fine. More recent games like Vanguard ( Medium-high settings 90fps), warzone 1 (medium settings 75fps), NFS Heat (settings all the way up 80-100 fps), League of Legends (200fps), warzone 2 (25-45 fps), GTA 5 (high-extreme 70-90fps)

The 1660 super was intended as a high fps 1080 card, but seeing your games, I think they would run at 144fps in 1440p. Also high frame rate doesn't go well with skyrim (it messes up the physics engine). If you throw something heavy like say assassins creed odyssey at it, I think it will go to like 60ish fps at 1440p depending on your settings.

Dec 22, 2019 · 1660 Super can be plenty of fun, but the more power you can have the better. I could say that 1660/1070/2060 all stutter pretty hard in many VR instances, but the same can be said about a 2080, just at higher SS.

To begin, one would have to have a set budget on how much they'd like to spend on a computer/graphics card. This limits the options to a manageable number. would have to do some research about its nomenclature and what the "Ti" meant, or what 1650 or whatever is ...

Hah. On the note of the topic though, I just upgraded 5 months ago from an EVGA GTX 1660 ti w/ i5 6600 and really had no problems running most of my games at 60fps ( Overwatch 2 / Dota 2 / witcher 3 / doom eternal ).

Yeah, the 1660 super is a good little card. It'll play all modern titles at 1080p. If all you're planning on playing are games liek Teamfight Tactics and Diablo II it'll be more than sufficient as those games can run on pretty much anything.

Nov 11, 2021 · Geforce 1660S and Ti are solid mid range ( upper mainstream segment ) cards, they're good graphic solutions for relatively recent and current systems, And in the current market, where prices are inflated and upper segment GPUs somehow out of reach of many pockets, they're usually a good compromise.

Mar 8, 2021 · I have streamed 1080p 60hz before with a gtx 1060 just fine so as the 1660 is 10% faster it would handle streaming while playing games that give 70-90fps (without streaming) very well. Also if you are going to buy a prebuilt I strongly suggest you get the 1660 Super version instead as it is 30%-40% faster than the 1660.
