The show did not lead to any new leads in the case though it did lead to many people taking a fresh interest in the case.

He spoke with Knight who advised he couldn’t expand John as a character as it’s Tommy’s story. The “it’s Cillian’s show” was more a statement of fact than sour grapes.

Aug 1, 2022 · I would’ve loved to see a conclusion to Jimmy McCaverns character in season 6 too. Arthur and John just butchering the whole gang of billy boys and hanging Jimmy on a cross for Mosley to see. Just like they did to Bonny. They couldn’t keep every charcter alive though so I guess it was convenient timing for joe to leave the show.
