Aug 20, 2015 · Finish of grips is outstanding (nice and smooth) - panels fit together well. But they are just a touch too large for my hands. They have nice finger grooves. They even have alignment pins (see photo). I have to say they are well made. Brand is KSD from Turkey (this set came to me directly from KSD in Turkey).

Three years ago the only source of replacement grips that I could find was Grips4U. They looked OK and the price wasn't bad so I ordered a set. I was very pleased with the appearance and fit of the grips. The feel is just what I wanted.

Jan 13, 2021 · In my experience, Hogue’s grips are fairly flat-sided and don’t have the same kind of contour. I have hogue G10s for my P239 and hogue wood for my P245. Though I haven’t tried their wood grips for the P239.

Each blank can take on a different hue, dependent on graining, and the batch of stain and filler used, itself. That's why most grips pairs are cut from the same blank, so graining matches more closely.
