If I try deleting the odd characters like "w2" it will only delete the 2 and the "w" remains. If I press backspace it enters "/y".

Dec 22, 2015 · I use the US keyboard when typing in a different language in order to use accents (à, á, etc.) and I find that it changes between keyboards on its own accord for reasons unknown (Usually you click Win Key + Spacebar to toggle between different keyboard input languages). Oct 27, 2015 · When trying with AltGr, similar things happened. Normally we'd get ¦ @ # ° § ¬ | ¢ for AltGr+1-8, but it changed it to a lot of other, weird symbols. Eventually we found out that AltGr+q gets us the @-symbol. Oddly enough, though, the €-symbol, which is, on the Swiss keyboard layout, AltGr+e, still works fine.
