Watauga Dam Campground has 29 spacious campsites (all with water & electric hookups) and is located next to the beautiful Watauga River in Eastern Tennessee. Many of the sites are waterfront and 3 also have sewer hookups. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Up to 3 vehicles and 8 people allowed per site.

The TVA6 Campgrounds which include Watauga, Cherokee Dam, Douglas Headwater, Douglas Tailwater, Melton Hill Dam, and Pickwick Dam will start the 2025 reservations December 1st at midnight, so get those reservations in @ vista-rec.com.
