Sep 16, 2020 · G hub recognized the 502 and let me change the profile on the 604 no problem. Maybe an update to g hub in the past 2 years? One thing for sure - g hub should never let you disable a primary click without another primary click mapped to the mouse. I didn't even give me a warning. All logitech's fault haha.

Sep 17, 2021 · Why didn't u/Logitech_PJB update this to be installed as a Service so we can avoid needing to provide elevated credentials for changes end users make to their preferences in Options. Hate to say it, the getting rid of the "tech" in Logitech appears to have well and truly dropped the bar on the quality of Logi hardware and support.

Oct 30, 2021 · Yep, same here. Genshin Impact profile got broken with version 2022.3 G Hub. Tried to write to support, failed, bot cannot help. Created a ticket via the chat/bot system, no reply. All versions are general installers that downloading the latest version. No I'm not even trying to get the exe from other websites, they look really dodgy.

Move to the PC that G hub wont load on and close G hub if its running in taskbar. Replace the LGHUB folder with the one you copied to USB C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\LGHUB Open the G Hub app and it will automatically create two files in that LGHUB folder 'settings.db-shm, settings.db-wal. Close the Ghub window thats stuck in loading.

Search for Logitech G-HUB. Click on Logitech G-HUB and click Modify. In the new window, select Reinstall G-HUB, then click REINSTALL. G-HUB will reinstall, and this will resolve the issue while retaining the settings.

Jun 10, 2021 · I run both G hub and LGS and it works fine I'm using the G13 on LGS and G935,G910, and G604 on G hub. I have no problems other than it is annoying that someone at logitech decided not to support the G13 when developing GHub. The G13 is no longer made by logitech which is a large mistake on their part as it was the best gaming pad out there.
