Apr 7, 2011 · I had a 1700 Fisherman with a Yamaha F80 and T8 on it. It was a great boat, but with my wife and 2 kid's it got pretty crowded once we loaded all of our gear. I moved up to a 186 Tyee GL in 2008 and there is a ton more room in it. My buddy had an 1800 Fisherman with a Yamaha 115 and loved the boat!

Apr 11, 2025 · Lund 1700 Fisherman Boat $7,100. For sale is my 1995 Lund 1700 Fisherman with I Pilot trolling motor and Evinrude 88 spl engine (mix oil right into the gas tank) 2 stroke. The boat runs great, tops out around 30MPH, the engine had a full tune up 2 seasons ago with new spark plugs, new spark plug wires and the carburetor cleaned out.

I would like to hear from those of you that own one. I would appreciate your comments regarding the following: What is the ride like in rough water? What engine & prop do you have on it?

Jul 8, 2005 · Not sure on the Pro Sport, but other Lund's seem to have too big of a bow and the windshield in the middle of the boat. This is great for bass/walleye fishing and gives you an excellent ride, but would not work for the type of fishing I do. I'd say if you like it.....buy it.
