Mary Markley is a first-year, mixed-gender residence hall located in the Hill Neighborhood. Home to about 1180 students, Mary Markley is close to the Central Campus Recreation Building and Nichols Arboretum.

Mary Markley Hall (Markley) is a residence hall operated by the University of Michigan University Housing in Ann Arbor. Markley houses approximately 1,180 students, 505 of which are female and 675 of which are male - 100% first-year students excluding the Resident Advisors.

Jul 17, 2021 · Markley had a really solid dining hall. Not a fan of today's menu? 2 minute walk down the road, MoJo has a large dining hall that all of the other dorms on The Hill use. Small Rooms: Loft Your Furniture. The furniture that comes with your room will be stackable. Markley doubles are small as hell.

Sep 25, 2023 · Mary Markley is a Freshman dorm behind the hill. It has it's own dining hall, but is a hike from most basic classes unless you attend the school of public health. It's pretty quite for the most part since it's one of the furthest and oldest dorms, but despite the rumors it's not cockroach infested.

Jul 3, 2018 · It has its own dining hall, but it’s also a short walk from MoJo’s Hill Dining Center. There’s good bus access, but you’re still walkable to central campus. (Especially convenient if you go to both north and central for classes like I did.)

My room is 34xx BUTLER HOUSE MARY MARKLEY HALL. Where is it? Is it on the 3rd floor? I used to be a RA in Markley. That's the third floor out of six floors in that wing. It's on the "back side" of the building, with windows facing Mott Children's hospital on Medical Center Drive or a courtyard - depending on which side of the hall you're on.
