Just before deciding what to make for dinner, I decided to check my daily total thus far, and saw that my intake today was lacking in green foods.

This allows me to know the calories in a given portion if I'm serving up leftovers later. I then find a generic item or items similar to that in noom, and just make the calories match for what I've served myself.
