I get the small one and it's good for two adults and a toddler (but they really only eat the fruit), but I sometimes supplement with a small amount of additional fruit from the store. Edit: if you eat a lot of produce you could try the medium.

I love buying the odd bunch! Often the odd bunch cucumbers are much larger than the regular ones - extra winning!!

I’ve been getting Odd Bunch for months and find the quality is much better than the grocery stores. Odd Bunch works with farms, greenhouses and distributors each week to get odd or surplus produce. They acquire it on Monday and it’s delivered in my area on Wednesday.
