Dec 29, 2022 · Nowhere on the gift card says that it is only for digital purchases. Sales people at big box stores or GameStop can give wrong information. I put this out there because it isn’t obvious and people may buy someone a gift card thinking they could use it for anything on the PlayStation store.

However if you visit your country's PlayStation Store on a web browser and load the game's store page, the product code is visible in the URL (look for PPSA or CUSA). The country your PSN account is registered to determines which region games you can purchase and download.

Dec 15, 2022 · Then under "Choose from common applications to use a recommended configuration, or set up manually" and select PlayStation Plus for PS4 (yes even though you are using a ps5). It is going to add a bunch of port forwards then press next and you are all set.

Nov 10, 2022 · Everything shows that I own it except for the PS5 store that is asking me to spend the $59.99 I contact PlayStation support and they can also see that I have purchased Hitman 3. Because I can see it and download it in my library though, they told me there is no issue. I told them there is the issue of the Store not recognizing my purchase.
