We phoned raru today to find out about our refunds and they actually answered (for a change). The lady said they are busy sorting things out and it's only temporary that they're not taking orders. They will be back apparently and they're still working on orders/refunds etc. Not sure how true it all is though.

Oct 24, 2022 · The only time Raru will respond is when you have received your refund from the bank and the bank nails them with a chargeback penalty. Raru will then repeatedly phone and email you requesting your banking details, to try and avoid the penalty. Ignore these requests - you have your money from the chargeback and the bank will deal with them.
