The Watch Menu is the main UI interface in Rec Room. It serves as the primary way to navigate through rooms, spawn consumables, change settings and use social features in Rec Room. To learn how to access the menu check the Controls Category.

How To Rec Room 1 - the Watch Menu. To open the Watch Menu, rotate one of the controllers to face you. If "Tap watch to open menu" is checked in the Experience settings of the Watch Menu, then you have to rotate the controller and tap the watch with the other hand. Alternatively, use Expresso to open the Watch Menu as described below.
