Mar 21, 2022 · Fermented bean curd tastes very much like a mild blue cheese, so it goes very well with rice or congee. The Cantonese use it to stir fry vegetables, and my personal favourite is chicken wings in red bean curd sauce, which gives it a nice savoury flavour.
