Hello all, I’ve been interested in the Remarkable 2 tablet for some time now. My biggest concern is the mix reviews. People seem to be having technical issues with their devices and the devices do not seem to fit the price tag of $500. I want to know your thoughts, is it worth it? I’m looking to use it for work notes, and organize them.

Yeah, sometimes it just works, but often I need to try 2 or three times to turn a page or exit out of the document. It's not terrible, since i'm not doing it constantly, but definitely needs some software polish for the gestures.

Jan 17, 2023 · I made the switch from Remarkable 2 to Supernote and it's been quite the journey. The biggest differences were in the writing feel and the ecosystem. Supernote's writing experience feels a tad smoother to me, and the interface is super intuitive. Plus, the pen doesn't need charging, which is a bonus.

Jun 25, 2022 · The majority of the article seemed to praise the ReMarkable 2, he just had a little blurb at the end of what he wishes was included in a future device, as well as not being a fan of the subscription. Web browsing could be reserved for Eink tablets like Boox, but I don't find backlight and colour to be so unbelievably crazy to hope for

Dec 31, 2020 · The reMarkable 2 Tablet in my experience so far has many things that improve upon the original tablet. I primarily used my reMarkable 1 Tablet as a valuable tool for school work, books/documents and Table Top RPGs. The support for PDF files made using the table easy and simple to go paperless for many of my day to day paper consuming tasks.

Aug 27, 2020 · In my line of work in the Early Years Childcare sector I write notes constantly and go through notesbooks and post it notes like anything. I have to read and re read lots of government policies and found myself carrying prints outs etc now most government policies are on pdf and my remarkable 2 allows me to read them whenever I need them.

Jan 20, 2022 · Drag the converted and stripped file into your reMarkable desktop app. (again, if you don't have the Connect subscription, I imagine you would have to transfer using a cord) Et voilà! You can now read an ebook from Libby/Overdrive on your reMarkable tablet. Not an easy process by any stretch of the imagination.
