Cain, later known as RoboCop 2.0, is the main antagonist of the 1990 sci-fi film RoboCop 2. He is a notorious drug lord and the leader of his gang of drug-addicted criminals known as the Nuke Cult.

RoboCop arrives and the two cyborgs battle, ending with Lewis using the Nuke canister to distract RoboCop 2 so RoboCop can climb on its back. He rips out Cain's brain and smashes it on the street, deactivating RoboCop 2.

Following the demise of the Boddicker gang, the Nuke Cult became the top crime syndicate in Detroit. The faction was led by convicted murderer Cain, who orchestrated the firebombing of a drug treatment clinic – killing five – and the assassination of the Surgeon General.

RoboCop finally manages to penetrate the chamber holding the organic remains of Cain's drug-crazed brain and rips it out, smashing it onto the pave­ment. The lobotomized monster falls to the ground, a heap of mindless metal.
