Dec 12, 2014 · Genuine body panels taken from genuine moulds are available from loads of people so why start again from scratch? The completed car would only be recognised as a 200+ or a replica anyway, these unfortunately don't hold the same value as a true Factory built Ford RS200. Minor RS200 spares are probably the main problem.

Ford arrived at the former WW2 airfield in 1963 & nearly all of their rallycars were developed there. Cars like the Lotus Cortina, Escort Twin-Cam, Escort RS1600, GT70, Escort RS1800, Escort RS1700T, RS200, Sierra Cosworth, Escort Cosworth/WRC, Puma Super 1600 & the new Fiesta Super 1600 were all meticulously prepared at Boreham.

Jan 28, 2015 · Why does Ken need 700hp and a sequential in a road car anyway, seems a bit boy racer to me, the RS200 is a classic rally car of interest/value to collectors in 80's specification and should be kept as original as possible and more importantly this car has competition history that should be preserved as it was... any modifying like this makes ...

May 20, 2010 · The RS200 gauges are made by VDO, OE are seldom avail, but newer versions are available The warning lamps are NLA The center dash panel has Mk1 Sierra sliders, fan switch and Fiesta Fog light switches rotated to vertical. Hope this helps.
