Apr 8, 2018 · Go to settings and remove lock screen protection. 5. Backup all my data to external devices. 6. Save all my contacts and send as email to 3 of my many email accounts. 7. Reset factory default. 8. Samsung keyboard now working and have restored all my stuff.

Oct 7, 2020 · I use DeX mainly w/o a keyboard and never with a monitor. I have a Tab S4 I use as a highly mobile computing device. I use it everywhere and especially as a real notebook with Samsung Notes and the S-pen. There are few uses I can't do with DeX and the S4, although I don't have proprietary 'company' apps I have to use.

Jan 24, 2019 · i have a samsung galaxy tab s4 (lte). it came with a physical keyboard which is useful but twitchy as heck. The slightest movement, i.e. when typing with the tablet on my lap, causes a brief disconnect from time to time. It's only brief as it reattaches right away again and my keyboard keeps working.

I then went through the process of updating the OS, then updated all of the apps. So far so good I then put the book cover with keyboard and I could not get it to work.

Jul 16, 2012. #1. Just started today. Mid text, while typing, the keyboard part of the screen will just disappear back to the bottom of the screen. touch it to type again and it takes like 10-15 seconds to reappear, type a few more words and it drops back down again.
Does the keyboard charge the tablet or how does the battery work?
Oct 6, 2012 · The keyboard will acutally charge the tablet. Don't quote me on the specific numbers but the keyboard will let the tablet battery drain to 70% and then start to charge the tablet. If the tablet is already below 70%, charging will start immediately. I guess this is done so there is not a constant drain. It actually works out exceptionally well.
Samsung Bookcover keyboard ef-dt970 suddenly not working
May 30, 2023 · Hope someone can help me. I use the Bookcover keyboard ef-dt970 with my samsung s7+ tablet 95% of the time. All of a sudden it's not working correctly. Some letters enter as multiple characters, others are working fine. For example the letter a displays as "a`" but e works fine. I've tried the following. -cleaned contacts onbothablet and keyboard.
