There are also “Space storms” which sort of work as the AoE version of the space cutting attack, often portrayed as a sort of tornado of space blades that shreds everything in an area.

One thing that really starts to grate, after multiple playthroughs on higher difficulties, is the ridiculous dependance on Space Magic. One of the many things that made Mass Effect great (in ME1) was that the player got to CHOOSE. There were three very pure options, Soldier, Tech, or Biotic, and the three hybrid.

But it isn't time magic. It is manipulation of time and space. When it comes to the Greeks, their deities are essentially personifications of things. And yes, Ouranos, does mean sky/heaven (also the great-grandfather to the Olympian Gods), but that was essentially the closest thing the Greeks had to an all-comprehensive deity for "space".

I know Polaris and Fading Suns are space sci-fi, but I don't know if they have magic. I do have a book of fading suns cthulhu short stories, so it might have magic.

Oct 20, 2018 · used to be holy grail numbers were 400control /400epg but with so many bonus universals and + crit people have been shaving off the epg side to get higher dps. 400 maxes range of gw on control side. i went 400x/350e but others have gone as low as 250epg...it depends on how good your universals are and whether they should replace epg consoles.

Sep 23, 2012 · "Space magic" is simply ramrodded into an otherwise consistent universe with no foundation or explanation beyond "we're just sooooooooo advanced, so there." Like I said, I think we merely are using different meanings for the same phrase. I can't really tell you that your definition of "space magic" is wrong and mine is right, and vice-versa.

Apr 4, 2023 · So it depends on the aspect of space magic being used as I would say there is more then one category. More then just the ones I mentioned as well. For explainable space magic that can be some what explained or reasoned, I’d lean for astromancer, for the unexplainable, or less known magics I would lean cosmomancer.
