Jun 20, 2022 · Recently I saw 1 piece of TDA1541A being offered for more than an excellent modern ready built and well tested/reviewed DAC costs . It is up to the potential buyer to make that choice. Please also mind that the external DAC approach so the 2 box solution is not as good as one likes to think.

May 12, 2006 · With 2 ore more DAC's linearity errors are reduced, and normal lower cost TDA1541A's can be used. Signal to noise ratio improves, differential output can be used, elliminating residual interference and... the DC component can be cancelled out, enabeling a fully DC coupled DAC.
