I've narrowed it down to three options: the Alibow fiberglass Turkish bow with ox horn string bridges ($100), the Arrouha turkish bow ($129) and the Deer Seeker turkish bow ($159). Prices include shipping but not tax.

There isn’t. I have one of the Turkish-style bows and I love that bow and I’ve heard good things about the Crimean bow. If you’re just starting, get one that you like the look of and I suspect the rest will take care of itself.

Jul 25, 2023 · First, traditionally, Turkish bows are horn/sinew composites. Second, there have been a LOT of different Turkish bows over the years, and their medieval and earlier "war-bows" were pretty different from highly refined 19th Century flight-shooting bows.

Mar 11, 2024 · You can find cheap beginner Turkish bows with both Keskin and Simsek. Alibow has them as well but depending where you are it can take long time for it to arrive and shipping costs can make a cheap bow into a mid-range bow.

Apr 1, 2023 · I can’t recall if they make Turkish style bows, but there is an AMAZING Ukrainian bowyer over at Sarmat Archery and I can honestly say I’ve never found a negative review about anything they’ve made. They are quite literally master craftsmen.
