Apr 8, 2010 · I've seen a lot of posts suggesting the usage of an original Windows 7 disk to boot up safely, then restart windows normally. Luckily I have a friend who owns a Windows 7 disk, (since Toshiba is too cheap to give you one), and I used that to start under CD/DVD mode in F12, then restarted my computer normally, and it works wonderfully now.

Jan 18, 2013 · After doing this my computer would freeze at the windows logo screen and stay like this, eventually after loads of rebooting after half an hour it sat on a black screen only showing the mouse. I am not sure whether .net framework 4 has something to do with this or not.
