Oct 21, 2022 · Enter your saved game. Make a fresh save. Exit the game. Verify integrity of game cache on Steam. Re-enter your saved game. See if it's still crashing when you open Zoopedia. If it's still crashing, make a whole new zoo and see if it's crashing in that zoo, as well. If it isn't crashing in the new save, the issue is with your save file.
