The Holden Commodore (VS) is a full-size car which was produced by Holden from 1995 to 1997 for sedans and wagons, 1999 for the long- wheelbase Statesman/Caprice, and 2000 for utility versions. It was the fourth and final iteration of the second generation of the Commodore.

The fourth generation Holden Commodore models VE and VF, manufactured by Holden from 2006 until 2017, were entirely designed in-house and based on the Holden-developed, rear-wheel drive Zeta platform. Between 2018 and 2020, a rebadged, front-wheel drive Opel Insignia, built by Opel in Germany, was sold in Australia as the Holden Commodore (ZB).
